Algerian thyme Thymus fontanesii (Arabic: zaâter)
From the labiate family, Algerian thyme is a perennial plant, with small fragrant, punctuated leaves, often ciliate at the base, briefly petiolate and with an inflorescence at the head or in clusters equipped with bracts.
It is used as a herbal tea against headaches and stomach cramps.
